Owner and brokers, Warner and Judy Samson have each contributed to the real estate profession for over 30 years. They attribute the driving force behind the success of The Samson Group to the dedication, professionalism, and integrity of Warner Samson.
Warner, entered the real estate profession in Sonoma County after spending twenty six years in the United States Marine Corps where he served in combat in both Korea and Vietnam. In 1972 he retired as Sergeant Major, entered the real estate profession and settled in Sonoma County. Warner’s entire real career has been in management and/or ownership. Warner has been an advocate for community service his entire career. He still finds time today to invest his time into worthwhile projects like the VIP’s program for the Santa Rosa Police Department and assisting the Redwood Gospel Mission. In 1984 Warner was the President of the Sonoma County Board of Realtors, and in 1985 he was the President of the Women’s Council of Realtors and in 1991 he was the President of the Sonoma County Multiple Listing Service. He is a former Director of the California Association of Realtor’s and served as chairman of the Business Education Committee for the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce. Warner would like everyone to know, he is proud to be an American!
Judy Samson entered the real estate profession in May of 1976. She started her career in Southern California’s Laguna Niguel, and settled in Santa Rosa in 1985. Judy’s real estate experience allowed her to remain in the top 5% of all Sonoma County real estate agents, in terms of production. She chaired many committees at the Board of Realtors level and dedicated many hours to the advancement of the real estate profession. Judy has been in leadership or management positions for her entire 33 year career. Judy has been semi-retired for the past 6 years, but remains in the back-office in support of the Samson Group team and her husband, Warner.
